Summer Gals -Glam

This summer i decided to launch a Summer Gals program from teens from 7th - 10th grade. I loved the idea of working with girls between 7th and 10th grade, often times they are forgotten when it comes to portraits. You often look back and you have photos of you as a kid, senior, and then wedding but nothing in between that teen year where it matters. These are some of the goofiest times and should be documented! With this program I wanted diversity, girls from everywhere not just popular girls but just your everyday girl that you were in middle school braces and all.

We started the day early with hair and makeup, Makeup by our awesome Makeup artist Lauren, and one of my Senior19Team member Camryn helped out with hair that day. Can I just tell you how much fun it was ? These girls bonded like they were best friends, everyone was really nice. Moms were right there the entire time helping out with blow dryer, styling outfit it all turned out perfect.

I have to give a big shout out to Beth who owns the Rustic nail in Cleveland,MS for allowing us to use her store. Thanks again Beth you made this glam session awesome! all the girls loved your store.

This was about bringing a group of girls together and having a fun time, mission accomplished! I can't wait for all the other shoots the Summer Gals have planned. next is our Candy Land!
